OUR STORY
A community-minded idea became a workshop for practical innovation.
Where HIVEWORX LLC began
HIVEWORX LLC was established in 2022 by Keith Allen IV, a disabled Navy veteran. Its roots reach back further to a community-focused effort created to educate, empower, and enable young people through technology, making, and hands-on problem solving.
Even as pandemics, natural disasters, and civil unrest interrupted those early plans, the work continued. Skills were developed, tools were collected, and equipment—including the 3D printers often called “the robots”—became part of a growing capability to turn digital ideas into physical objects.
What that work became
Today, HIVEWORX LLC applies that same practical mindset to rapid prototyping, 3D printing, micro-scale manufacturing, product development, custom fabrication, printer installations, and technical support.
The company is growing deliberately: expanding capabilities as they are proven, documenting real work, and building a platform that can support clients, products, education, and future community opportunities without losing the hands-on approach that started it.
