HIVEWORX LLC respects the privacy of people who visit hiveworxllc.com, submit a project inquiry, or contact us about our services. This policy describes the personal information we collect through this website and related inquiry communications, how we use and disclose it, how long we retain it, and the choices available to you.

This policy and the consumer-request process below apply to United States residents, including Delaware residents.

Notice at Collection of Personal Information

At or before you submit information through our website, HIVEWORX LLC provides the following notice:

Contact and identifying information

Examples: name, email address, optional phone number, company or organization, and city and state.

Purposes: identify and respond to you, evaluate whether an inquiry fits our capabilities, communicate about scope and next steps, provide requested service or support, prevent abuse, and maintain appropriate business and legal records.

Disclosure: to service providers that support website hosting and business email, and when reasonably necessary for legal, security, or business purposes described below. HIVEWORX LLC does not sell this information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Retention: while an inquiry or business relationship is active and afterward only as reasonably necessary for follow-up, security, dispute resolution, and applicable contractual, tax, accounting, or legal recordkeeping requirements.

Project and commercial information

Examples: project type and description, intended use, quantity, timing, location, dimensions, constraints, and information you later choose to provide in drawings, photographs, or design files.

Purposes: assess feasibility and fit, understand requirements, prepare estimates or next steps, communicate about a possible or active project, provide services, and maintain related business records.

Disclosure: to service providers or professional advisers only as reasonably necessary to support the inquiry, project, or legal obligations. HIVEWORX LLC does not sell this information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Retention: based on the duration and status of the inquiry or project and applicable business, contractual, tax, accounting, warranty, dispute-resolution, and legal requirements.

Internet and device activity

Examples: IP address, browser and device information, requested pages, referring page, timestamps, submission time, and server or security logs.

Purposes: deliver website content, operate and secure the website, diagnose errors, prevent spam or abuse, and understand technical performance.

Disclosure: to website hosting, infrastructure, font-delivery, and security providers as needed to perform those functions. HIVEWORX LLC does not sell this information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Retention: according to operational, security, and troubleshooting needs and the retention schedules of the service providers that process the logs.

We do not ask you to submit sensitive personal information through the project form. Do not send Social Security numbers, government identification numbers, payment-card information, account passwords, medical records, precise geolocation, export-controlled data, or other highly sensitive information through the website.

Sources of information

• Directly from you when you submit a form, send an email, or otherwise communicate with HIVEWORX LLC.
• Automatically from your browser or device through ordinary web requests, server logs, and security or troubleshooting functions.

How the website handles information

The website is hosted through DreamHost. Project-form notifications are configured to be delivered to HIVEWORX LLC through Google Workspace. The current form sends submissions by email and is not configured to maintain a separate WordPress submission archive.

The site currently requests the Ubuntu typeface from Google Fonts, so a visitor’s browser makes a request to Google that necessarily includes technical request information such as an IP address. The project-inquiry form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to distinguish human visitors from automated submissions. Turnstile may process IP address, browser and device characteristics, interaction or security signals, and the challenge result for that security purpose. HIVEWORX LLC does not send the contents of the project-form fields to Turnstile. The site does not currently use Google Analytics, advertising pixels, reCAPTCHA, or cross-context behavioral advertising.

HIVEWORX LLC does not sell personal information. We may disclose information to hosting, email, infrastructure, security, and professional-service providers working on our behalf; to government authorities or other parties when required by law or necessary to protect rights, safety, and security; or in connection with a business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.

Cookies, online tracking, and browser signals

As of the effective date above, an ordinary anonymous request to the homepage does not set a first-party cookie. WordPress may set cookies for authorized administrators and for functions added to the site in the future. When the project form is loaded or submitted, the visitor’s browser connects to Cloudflare’s Turnstile service at challenges.cloudflare.com so Cloudflare can perform the anti-spam security check.

The website does not currently track visitors across third-party websites for targeted advertising, sell personal information, or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. Because those activities are not performed, the site does not respond differently to legacy Do Not Track signals and no “Do Not Sell or Share” opt-out link is presently required for our stated practices. If those practices change, we will update this policy and implement any legally required notice and opt-out controls, including recognition of applicable universal opt-out mechanisms.

Privacy rights for U.S. residents

HIVEWORX LLC makes the following request options available to United States residents, including Delaware residents, subject to identity verification and exceptions permitted by applicable law:

• Confirm whether we process personal information about you and request access to it.
• Correct inaccurate personal information.
• Request deletion of personal information.
• Request a portable copy of personal information you provided.
• Opt out of the sale of personal information, targeted advertising, or profiling in furtherance of decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects. HIVEWORX LLC does not currently conduct these activities.
• Appeal a decision concerning a privacy request.
• Exercise applicable privacy rights without unlawful discrimination.

California disclosures

During the preceding 12 months, the website may have collected the categories described in the Notice at Collection above from visitors directly and automatically through ordinary website operation. We use those categories for the purposes described above and may disclose them for business purposes to the categories of service providers described above. HIVEWORX LLC has not sold personal information or shared personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information for purposes that would require a right-to-limit notice.

Submitting a request

Email info@hiveworxllc.com with the subject line “Privacy Request.” Describe the right you want to exercise and provide the email address or other information you previously used to contact us. We may request additional information reasonably necessary to verify your identity and will use verification information only for that purpose.

An authorized agent may submit a request where permitted by law. We may ask for proof of the agent’s authority and may verify the request directly with the person concerned. If we deny or limit a request, you may appeal by replying with the subject line “Privacy Appeal.” We will respond within the period required by applicable law.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures proportionate to the nature of the information we handle. No website, email system, or method of transmission can be guaranteed completely secure.

Children’s privacy

This website is intended for business and general audiences and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the website.

External websites

The site may link to social networks, stores, payment providers, or other websites operated by third parties. A link does not mean that HIVEWORX LLC controls the third party’s privacy or security practices. Review the third party’s own notices before providing information.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our website, services, data practices, or legal requirements change. We will post the revised policy on this page, update the effective date, and provide additional notice when required by law.
